CJX2 AC Contactor Motor control and protection

CJX2 series AC contactors are used in connecting/disconnecting the line and frequently controlling motors and other equipment. It controls the large current with small current and plays a certain role in overload protection when working with the thermal relay.

CJX2 series AC contactors can be combined with appropriate thermal relay to constitute electromagnetic starter, in order to protect circuits that may subject to operating overload. They are ideal for Air Conditioner, Condenser Compressor, Definite Purpose.

Introduction:

CJX2 AC Contractor is suitable for using in the circuits of AC50Hz or 60Hz, rated insulating voltage 660V, rated operating voltage up to 800V, rated operating voltage 380/400V in AC-3 type, rated operating current up to 95A, for making, breaking, frequently starting & controlling the AC motor, Combined with the auxiliary contact block, timer delay &. mechanical interlocking device etc, it becomes the delay contactor, mechanical interlocking contactor, star-delta starter. With the thermal relay, it is combined into the electromagnetic starter. The contractor is produced according to IEC60947-4 standard.

3 pole, NO contact type, widely use for long-distance connecting and breaking circuit , frequent start and control AC electric motors. Contacts can also be assembled into a modular auxiliary contact group, air delayer, mechanical interlocking institutions and other accessories. Compatible with IEC 60947.4, NFC 63110, VDE0660, GB14048.4 quality. Low power consumption, light weight, long service life, reliable. Normal Working and Installation Conditions

1. Ambient temperature: -5℃~+40℃, the average value should not exceed +35℃ within 24 hours.

2. Altitude: ＜2000m.

3. Atmospheric conditions: When the temperature reaches 40℃, the relative humidity of atmosphere should be ＜50%. When at relatively low temperatures, it could have higher relative humidity. Monthly maximum relative humidity could be not more than 90%. Special measures should be taken if there is occurrence of dews due to temperature changes.

4. Class of pollution: Class 3

5. Installation category. Ⅲ

6. Installation conditions: The inclination degree between the installation surface and the vertical surface does not exceed ±5°.

7. Impact shock: AC contactors should be installed and used in the place where there are no strong shakes and impacts.
