Introduction:
JCB1-125 circuit breaker is designed to offer a high industrial performance level, it protects circuit against short circuit and overload current. 6kA/10kA breaking capacity makes it the perfect choice in commercial and heavy industrial applications.
JCB1-125 circuit breaker have been made from the highest grade components. This is to ensure reliability in all applications where protection against overload and short circuit is required.
JCB1-125 circuit breaker is a low voltage multistandard miniature circuit breaker (MCB), the rate current up to 125A. The frequency is 50Hz or 60Hz. The presence of green strip guarantees contact open physically and allows work to be carried out safely on the downstream circuit. The operating temperature is -30°C to 70°C. The storage temperature is -40°C to 80°C
JCB1-125 circuit breaker has good overvoltage withstand capacity. It has an electrical endurance going up to 5000 cycles and a mechanical endurance going up to 20000 cycles.
JCB1-125 circuit breaker complete with 27mm pole width and ON/OFF indicators. it can be clipped on a 35mm DIN rail. It has a pin type busbar terminal connection
JCB1-125 circuit breaker comply with both industrial standard IEC 60898-1, EN60898-1, AS/NZS 60898 and residential standard IEC60947-2, EN60947-2, AS/NZS 60947-2
JCB1-125 circuit breaker is available in various breaking capacities, these breakers are the perfect choice for a wide variety of applications.

Based on the Tripping Characteristics, MCBs are available in “B”, “C” and “D” curve to suit different applications.
“B” Curve - for protection of electrical circuits with equiptment that does not cause surge current (lighting and distribution circuits). Short circuit release is set to (3-5)In.
“C” Curve - for protection of electrical circuits with equiptment that causes surge current (inductive loads and motor circuit) Short circuit release is set to (5-10)In.
“D” Curve - for protection of electrical circuits which cause high inrush current, typically 12-15 times the thermal rated current (transformes, x-ray machines etc). Short circuit release is set to (10-20)In.
